The right products at the right time in the right place

Over the years, our claim to provide rapid and flexible production of the right products at the right time in the right place has allowed us to systematically develop the scope of what we offer.

Our professional staff enables us to offer a service from start to finish, which includes development, production, logistics and warehousing. Our new business areas – trade and distribution – have allowed us to pursue these developments further. We ensure rapid time-to-market at the very best quality.

Production that ensures excellent customer service

Each year top-class quality bikes are produced in our manufacturing facilities in Taiwan, North America and Germany. High quality paint lines provide the capability to meet your requirements. Up to 12,000 bikes leave our production line in Taiwan each month.

Our customer promise

Being located in three continents means that we are close to our customers and can focus on their needs. Exact planning, continuous monitoring of lead times, stock inventory checks in real time and weekly reports all provide transparency and ensure agreed targets are reliably met. Quality control of the highest level, rapid response times, excellent service understanding and flexible delivery are our distinguishing features. We are continually refining our services and are investing in quality, training and continuing education of our staff and the development of state-of-the-art production plants.

Family company now in its second generation

Many compare the bike industry to a big family. Here at Kenstone, as a family company now in its second generation, we are pleased to have been part of that industry for more then three decades. For us and our staff, bicycles are more than just a product. With our passion and immense commitment, we enjoy passing on our enthusiasm for bicycles to a wider audience. In this context we have been involved in a social project for some time now that provides bicycles for disadvantaged children.

Social Responsibility

We take responsibility seriously

An important part of our philosophy and success are ensuring fair production conditions, loyalty to our employees and working in harmony with our stakeholders.

Driven by passion and dedication, we pass on our enthusiasm to the cycling world. For many years we have been committed to various social projects for disadvantaged children in our communities to encourage them to ride bicycles and explore the world.
